We created the ReferralPrograms.org community to shed light on how companies operate when it comes to leveraging their networks and hiring through referrals. Data from real industry operators, for real industry operators.

The #1 one question we get asked since we started building Drafted has always been: “What’s the most effective employee referral program for my company?” In 2017, we set out to answer this question. We made the first of it’s kind Employee Referral Program Benchmark Report based on data from over 150 companies.
